Debra A. James is the State Marketing Director for Castex Energy, Inc. She joined Castex in 2008 and has over 20 years of oil and gas marketing experience. She handles all oil, gas and NGL sales, processing, transportation, balancing, scheduling, hedging, prospect review and connection contract negotiations. Prior to joining Castex, she held various marketing and management positions with Dynegy Marketing and Trade and Enterprise Products Partners L.P. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Sam Houston State University and Master of Business Administration in Marketing magna cum laude from the University of North Texas.
