Aaron R. Killian holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Castex Energy, Inc., and has previously held the position of Director at NGP Capital Resources Company where he was responsible for originating, structuring and managing control and non-control oriented investments in the E&P, coal, and midstream sectors. He also held senior positions within certain portfolio companies while at NGP where he led complex restructuring situations, corporate planning, capital raising, A&D and exit strategy. Mr. Killian previously worked in the Energy and Natural Resources Group at Bank of America in Houston where he was involved in a broad range of energy transactions. He graduated with high honors from the University of Texas with a B.B.A. in Finance and is a CFA Charterholder.
